About Fafa
FAFA means peace in Ewe—and that's exactly what we're building: a safe space for peace of mind.
FAFA is a mental health app created for young people who need a judgment-free space to express themselves without fear of judgment or exposure.
We know life can be overwhelming—school work, family expectations, relationships, and the pressure to "have it all together." Too often, there's no safe place to express how you really feel. FAFA exists to change that.

Why We Built FAFA
Many young people avoid seeking mental health support because they don't trust existing systems. School counseling units can feel unsafe, hospital spaces can feel too public, and talking to friends isn't always easy. One of our founders lived through this—struggling silently with no one to talk to. FAFA was born from that experience.
What FAFA Does
FAFA is a digital companion for mental wellbeing. On the app, you can:
- •Share your thoughts anonymously
- •Talk to FAFA, an AI companion trained to respond safely and supportively
- •Connect with peers who understand what you're going through
- •Access licensed counselors and trusted mentors privately
- •Explore self-care tools and mental health resources designed for real life

Who FAFA Is For
FAFA is built for young people aged 13–35—Gen Z and Millennials navigating life, growth, and change.
Our Promise
- •Your privacy matters
- •Your voice is safe here
- •You're not alone
FAFA is not just an app—it's a community, a companion, and a commitment to helping you find your peace.
Fafa is developed by the Node Eight Studio as an initiative of the #YoungAndSafe project under the #HealthyCitiesForAdolescents program.
